About Me

While many of the people visiting this website surely already stalk me on Facebook or any other popular social networking site, I still feel obligated to tell you a little bit about me. AND because this is THE OFFICIAL trentgillaspie.com, that means this is the primary source for information and most other sources are invalid. With that little bit of information in mind, shall we get started?

Trent2   Trent3

There I am. A 23 year-old self-proclaimed stand-up comedian with a knack for attracting older women in the 35-45 range. But let’s be honest here, I’m not attracting anything but head lice, and only in rare occasions. I grew up in the Midwest and with as well as the economy has been doing recently, have decided to stay in the Midwest in order to avoid moving. I have written many a personal ad in my day, so it’s not a mystery to most of you that I enjoy short walks on the beach, followed by a large lunch, and that I adore clean linen scented candles. However, that doesn’t hold me back from being described by many of my friends as, “a friend” and “Trent.” But seriously, we all have goals in life. While I have already accomplished setting up this blog, which was a feat in itself, my lifelong goal is to be the first rock and roll drummer to require 5 to 6 different drum sets to be rolled on and off the stage during the song set for me to have the optimal sound for each song of the concert. If that doesn’t happen, I surely have fallback plans ranging in the low “Save the World” to “Cure This or That” categories. If I had to describe myself in 3 words, they would be “perfect,” “gorgeous,” and “humble.”

All of that being said, I’d like to make a more lighthearted note. This site is an assembly of lessons I’ve learned throughout the course of this blog of my everyday life that I feel are worth sharing with others. They range anywhere from business tips and financial advice, to dealing with friends and meeting your romantic match. I hope that you find some of the information helpful, but more importantly, I hope it helps you think about what you can share with others on this site or a site of your own about what you’ve learned (even outside of school) that you can share with others to pass on the great feeling.

Thank you for visiting the site, and please feel free to participate as much as you’d like and share any questions, comments, or other quips of appropriate nature with me whenever you feel like it.

Happy Reading,

Trent
